About Travel Certificate How do I use my certificate? Send that portion of your completed certificate, indicating your desired departure dates to our representing travel agents, along with a fully refundable $100 deposit. Upon receipt of your valid certificate, a travel professional will contact you via telephone to confirm your reservations. They will also be happy to answer your travel questions, and provide you with any additional information or services you require.
I would like a few hotel quotes before I send in my registration
form. may I have the phone number of the reservationist? Since the certificates are not available to the general public, the travel agency cannot quote prices until a completed certificate is received and registered. This certifies that you are eligible for the free airfares. The first step is to send in your completed reservation request form, with three (3) separate dates, returning it to the address provided. Upon receipt, a travel professional will contact you via telephone to set everything up for you. Rates start at only ex.: $99 per night at ORLANDO for ex., for 2... NOT per person!
Can I expedite my reservation? YES! If you want to expedite your reservation, include your dates of travel along with your reservation request form. Because of their special contracts, a minimum of 60 days in advance is required for travel requests.
May I use my own travel agent? arrangements for travel using the certificate must be booked only through our designated travel representatives. You may feel free to make reservations for rental cars, tours, etc. on your own, or our qualified representatives will gladly assist you.
Will The Travel Agency assist me with other travel needs?
ABSOLUTELY! The qualified travel professionals will answer questions, pass along helpful travel hints, and arrange for extra nights, tours, rental cars, etc.
If I register my certificate am I obligated to travel? Registration does not obligate you in any way. The completed registration form entitles you to receive the free airfares with your paid accommodations. This special travel package is not available to the general public.
How far in advance should I book my trip? Since all travel is booked on a space availability basis, reserve your vacation as far in advance as possible. The earlier you book, the better your chances are for securing your desired travel dates. Although the travel agency requires a minimum of 60 days advance registration, we suggest booking early for holidays and peak season travel. A travel professional will contact you upon receipt of your request form, and will be happy to answer your travel questions and confirm your reservations.
If I don't know who my companion will be, can I still register my certificate?
ABSOLUTELY! You may provide the name of your companion at the time you make your reservations.
I noticed all certificates are based upon two airfares.
What if I want to use one as a single passenger? Airfares are based on two people traveling together on the same itinerary. If only one person travels, that is fine. Everything else remains the same.
May I give away the certificate if I can not use it myself? ABSOLUTELY! They are fully transferable and may be used as gifts.
Can I use other coupons or discounts with these certificates? This certificate can not be used in conjunction with other hotels, cruises, airline discounts or special promotions of any kind. Our travel agents are not to be held responsible for any act of God, and/or any other circumstances beyond their control, causing destinations to become unavailable.
How can you afford to do this? It's very simple. The travel agency is in a unique position to be able to take advantage of the thousands of predetermined unsold airplane tickets and hotel rooms available everyday. Because of large purchasing power and the system that is set up to administer the trips, and negotiate for pennies on the dollar, they are able to package the hotel rooms at the regular rate, with the airfare for the total price of the room rate and include the airfare for FREE. The hotels and airlines would rather make a small amount of money through this type of arrangement, than lose money altogether on their unsold rooms and seats.
Is there a minimum number of nights I am required to stay? Yes. The number of nights is determined by your departure city and the time of year you are traveling. Your certificate will explain all the details and options to you. If you would like to know the required stay before bidding, you can email us. You will need to include your DEPARTURE CITY, desired DEPARTURE DATES and the AUCTION NUMBER. If you do not include ALL this information in your email, we CAN NOT answer your questions.
Am I required to sit through a presentation? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! There is no timeshare offer connected with this package. Do I have to fly standby or take a red-eye? NO!! You will get a standard airline ticket, with confirmed seats, and unless you request a red-eye, you will not be forced to take one.
Am I paying an inflated rate for the hotel room? ABSOLUTELY NOT!! We exclusively use only nice, top quality hotels. The hotels are double occupancy. You pay only the standard rates. Room rates start at $99 a night for 2 at ORLANDO for ex., NOT PER PERSON! These are ALL First Class Hotels. Is there any time I can not use this certificate? Major holiday weeks (the week before, during and after Christmas and Easter) are excluded. There are no other exclusions and no other fees that have to be paid in order to redeem this certificate. It may be used any other time of year and is valid for one full year after it is issued.
What airlines do I fly on? You will only fly on major airlines like: Delta, American, United, Continental, TWA, etc.
Do I have to stay in participating Hotels or can I choose my own? The travel agency has prearranged agreements with many fine hotels, so you have a variety to choose from, and you can select any hotel on the list. They are ALL deluxe accommodations!!
I want to stay at a specific hotel, can I do that? Yes, but only if it is on the list of available hotels.
Can I stay longer than the minimum nights? YES!!
Can I stay in my condominium or with family? YES!! As long as you meet the minimum stay in one of our hotels, you can then stay anywhere.
Do I have to fly out of a certain airport? You can fly out of any one of the following 74 major airports:
